1) El artículo THE /de/
tiene cuatro traducciones en español: EL, LA, LOS y LAS. (En esta
lección utilizarás sólo las dos primeras traducciones). Observa estos
ejemplos:

La
lapicera.
2) El
pronombre demostrativo THIS /dis/ tiene tres traducciones
en español: ESTO, ESTE y ESTA. Observa estos
ejemplos:

Para formar preguntas simplemente coloca el verbo IS
delante de THIS, de esta forma: Is this America?, Is this
Roberto? o Is this Mariana? Ten en cuenta que en inglés se
usa únicamente el signo de interrogación final o de cierre (?).
Ahora lee estos textos y sus traducciones. Escucha
con atención los audios y trata de imitarlos, repitiéndolos en voz alta.
Lee en voz alta algunas partes del texto (resaltadas
en color) que no se encuentran en el audio.
