EXERCISE A

Put the verbs in brackets into the future progressive.

 

1.  I have a wedding party tonight, so I (use) your car.

 

2.  Spring is coming. Our garden (look) great next month.

 

3.  The captain said: "We (land) soon. Please fasten your seat belts".

 

4.  This time next month my wife (sit) on a Caribbean beach.

 

5.  When you next see my son, he (wear) glasses.

 

 
 

EXERCISE B

Put the verbs in brackets into the future progressive.

 

1.  A: I'll look for you at the parade.
     B: I (wear) uniform so it can be hard for you to recognize me.

2.  A: I'll come back at 3 pm tomorrow.
     B: Okay, I (expect) you with a coffee.

3.  A: I'd love to see your brand new apartment.
     B: OK but it (not look) really nice. The painters are still inside.

4.  A: I'll come for Susan at 8.30 am.
     B: Please come later on. She (take) a shower at that time.
