Present Progressive and Going to

 

EXERCISE A

Put the verbs in brackets into the present progressive in order to express a FUTURE IDEA.

 

1.  The new English group (meet) next Saturday.

 

2.  My wife (give) a lecture tonight at 9 pm.

 

3.  The bedroom (be) painted this afternoon.

 

4.  I (meet) Ronaldo at the airport in three hours.

 

5.  We (go) to our painting class on Friday.

Put the verbs in brackets into the BE GOING TO form in order to express IMMEDIATE ACTIONS.
