way up high: very high up (allá en lo alto)
 that I heard OF: that I heard ABOUT (acerca de la cual oí hablar)
 lullaby: cradlesong; a quiet song intended to lull a child to sleep (canción de cuna)
 to dare: to be courageous enough (atreverse, animarse)

"DREAM OF / ABOUT SOMETHING" (WRONG ► DREAM  WITH  SOMETHING)

They moved from Toronto to Costa Rica and they are now dreaming of a White Christmas.
 (Se mudaron de Toronto a Costa Rica y ahora sueñan con una Navidad Blanca).

You can also use the preposition about, always followed by a noun or an ING verb.
Check this example:

My sister is dreaming about going to Punta del Este or Pinamar next summer.
 (Mi hermana sueña con ir a Punta del Este o Pinamar el próximo verano).

And my brother dreams about Mar del Plata and its crowded beaches!!
 (¡¡Y mi hermano sueña con Mar del Plata y sus atestadas playas!!).

they really DO come true (emphatic use): they become real INDEED (de verdad se convierten en realidad)
 to wish upon: to feel or express a desire or hope concerning the future (pedir un deseo)
 to wake up: to stop sleeping (despertarse)
 where troubles melt (metaphoric use here; that is, expressing one thing in terms normally denoting another): where troubles disappear (donde los problemas se disuelven, desaparecen)
to melt / melted / melted / melting: to be reduced from a solid to a liquid state (derretirse)

THAT'S WHERE ► FUTURE TENSE / PRESENT TENSE

Come to my new house on the beach. That's where you will find me.     ► FUTURE IDEA
 (Ven a mi nueva casa en la playa. Es allí donde me encontrarás).

Come to my office. That's where you can find me.     ► PRESENT IDEA
 (Ven a mi oficina. Es aquí donde puedes encontrarme).

bluebirds: blue North American songbirds (pájaros cantores azulados de América del Norte)
Why can't I? (negative interrogation): Why can't I fly over the rainbow? (¿Por qué no puedo hacerlo (volar) yo?)
