Listening for gist (general understanding)

In this first step, you will listen through this conversation between two businessmen onboard the bus. Don't worry about understanding every word they are saying. Just try to understand the general meaning. 

These questions can help you:
-   What is going to happen in the company they work for?
-   What happened a few years ago?
-   Are they optimistic?
