Listening for gist (general understanding)

In this first step, you will listen through this conversation between an old woman and an old man onboard the bus. Don't worry about understanding every word they are saying. Just try to understand the general meaning. 

These questions can help you:
-   What are they talking about?
-   What physical problem has the old woman?
-   Why does she exasperate him?
