Listening for gist (general understanding)

In this first step, you will listen through this conversation between two shoppers onboard the bus. Don't worry about understanding every word they are saying. Just try to understand the general meaning. 

These questions can help you:
-   What are these two women like?
-   What have they been doing?
-   Whom are they speaking about?
