While we are
sleeping our mental life continues as dreaming. Some people say
they look forward to solving their problems through dreams, while others say
they only have frightening dreams in which they see horrible things
happening.
Mostly, however, we do not remember dreaming, so why do we do it? Research has
shown that people who dream for short periods enjoy
living and feel there is no
point worrying about things. People who dream a lot have difficulty in
dealing
with stress. So perhaps dreaming is related to mental stress. |
