And we'll all see quite a lot of sunshine
today but it's going to stay cold.
Certainly very frosty first thing, some of the lowest
temperatures of the winter so far this morning. Just the very
centre of London escaping with 1 centigrade or 34 fahrenheit.
Coldest areas around the western fringes still as low as minus
4 which is 25 but it will warm up during the day to about 6 or
43 in London itself.
Dry this morning then over the whole of the south east. Still
some banks of cloud to the south of London but they're breaking
up now and er for the rest of the south east there'll be sunny
periods for the remainder of the morning.
More cloud coming later on so less sunshine likely after lunch
but it will stay dry. Erm just a light north-west wind today so
less of a windchill effect than there was yesterday and air
quality over London is still good.
That's the way the weather looks now.
