Paola is  absent-minded  (forgetful),  easygoing (relaxed), 

good-natured  (cheerful),  warmhearted (kind), and 

quick-witted (intelligent), if perhaps a little  pigheaded

(stubborn),  two-faced (hypocritical),  self-centered

(egotistical),  quick-tempered (easily angered), and particularly 

stuck-up (conceited) at times ... but I love her !!
