Where is it positioned?

In an alleyway down the side of a big Victorian house.

Just inside the front door.

How many people can be invited to dinner at the same time?

Three people (the host makes the fourth person).

Where's the bed?

Hidden beneath a lid at the back of the flat.

Because he couldn't afford to live in a flat in the main house, as he had originally planned.
