There's a lot of  air pollution and the oceans are dirty.

My HEALTH is not as good as it used to be. So I've decided 

to eat better food and go swimming every day.

My vacation was a great SUCCESS. I feel much healthier 

and more relaxed now.

I think that I might feel more ENERGETIC if I started doing 

some exercise more often.
