A Coffee Maker

Recently, I bought a coffee maker. While I was unpacking it, I could see it was damaged . The glass carafe was chipped and needed to be replaced . And to make matters worse, the machine leaked ! I took it back to the store . I was nervous because I had lost my receipt . Luckily, the clerk didn't ask me for it. She said a lot of customers had recently had similar problems , and she gave me a full refund .
